We appreciate that sometimes it’s necessary to cancel your appointment we just ask that you give 24 hours notice so we can offer it to someone who is on the cancellations list. If you cancel 24 hours or less please be aware we will have to charge you for your treatment.

Before your treatment, you’ll complete a consultation form detailing your health history and medications to help Laura tailor the session safely. Laura will talk you through a few questions so she can plan the best possible treatment for you.

Most people feel great, but you might feel lightheaded, so take your time getting up. After a deep tissue or sports massage, some soreness the next day is normal due to the technique increasing blood flow, and causing delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) as your body heals.
